Paw v0.28.0

Paw v0.28.0 is a maintenance release focused on current dependencies and more reliable releases. It updates Fyne, age, and other dependencies, including a security-related update to golang.org/x/image.

The CLI now uses the newer clipboard API and reports clipboard read and write errors more clearly. Release automation also builds packages for Linux, macOS, Windows, and FreeBSD on supported architectures.
